Individual and team coaching is conducted in a manner that is consistent with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Core Competencies and upholds the ICF Code of Ethics.

As a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), we leverage the IDI to assess and establish a baseline of cultural awareness and competence.  The IDI assessment, as well as your profile results and development plan are optional add ons.
